F. Chandler Young, Jr. - Senior Director

Chandler splits his efforts between the Biotechnology and Packaging Practices. He has over 20 years of executive recruiting experience in the Packaging Industry, and the last 5 of which have also included Biotechnology. He has prior sales and sales management experience in the folding carton industry and has worked with industry leaders in packaging, specialty chemicals, and biotechnology, such as Cargill, Greif Brothers, Owens-Illinois, BASF, International Paper Company, and Genentech.

Chandler received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.

Jen Green-Lane - Director

A former Packaging Engineer, Jen brings specific industry knowledge to Concept. She has been recruiting since 2003 and manages searches in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

Jen received her degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University and began her career with Kraft Foods' Beverage Division. She also worked for Intel Corporation, designing packaging for their processors and motherboards and researched, analyzed and tested alternative packaging.

Greg O'Brien - Director

Greg manages our searches in Sales, Marketing, and Management for the packaging component and machinery segments. He has over 7 years of experience as a project engineer for packaging systems in both the food and chemical industries. Before joining Concept, Greg was in outside sales for a capital equipment manufacturer serving the Packaging Industry.

Greg earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
