F. Chandler Young - Senior Director

Chandler is a leader in the Biotechnology practice with over twenty years of executive recruiting experience. He has worked with leaders in the field to place a wide range of scientist and engineers from research/engineer associate to vice president. Chandler has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.

Christopher L. Bridi - Director, Biotechnology Practice

Chris has five years of recruiting experience at Concept Corporation and has successfully completed a number of specialized searches at development stage and established biopharmaceutical companies.  Prior to Concept, Chris spent seven years within the pharmaceutical industry as a safety & health engineer.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
