Chandler is the leader of Concept Corporation’s Biotechnology Practice. He has over 20 years of executive recruiting experience, and 10 years ago launched the Biotechnology Practice. He works with venture capitalists, private equity firms and leaders in industrial biotechnology, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, food ingredients, and nutritional industries. His search activity focuses in the areas of Leadership, Research, Product and Process Development, and Manufacturing. Prior to Concept Corporation, Chandler had worked in various sales and sales management positions within the packaging industry. He earned his undergraduate degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.
