Chris has over 8 years experience in executive search and was instrumental in developing Concept Corporation’s Biotechnology Practice. He conducts searches for key scientific, engineering, and executive management positions in Research, Product Development, Process Development and Manufacturing. Chris has been successful in building out organizations for venture backed start-ups, mid-sized biotechnology companies, and Fortune 500 companies in the human therapeutic, industrial biotechnology, biofuel, and medical device markets. Prior to Concept Corporation, Chris spent 7 years within the pharmaceutical industry as a safety & health engineer. He earned his undergraduate degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
