Tricia Bailey - Director, Attorney Search

Tricia has developed a nationwide practice placing attorneys in corporate law departments and law firms. She excels at placing experts in many diverse areas and has conducted searches in intellectual property licensing, patent litigation, patent prosecution, tax, biotech, construction, real estate, hedge funds, venture funds, securities compliance, trusts and estates, and labor and employment. She has worked with many corporations including DuPont, Electronics for Imaging, Oracle, and Icon Capital. Tricia also works with law firms ranging from small boutiques to the world’s largest international firms.

Tricia is a graduate of Yale Law School. Prior to Concept, Tricia served as corporate counsel for two software companies and was a business litigator with Thelen, Reid & Priest.

Amir S. Sarreshtehdary

Amir has spent a majority of his life as a Bay Area native. However, he received his Bachelor of Arts from UC Irvine where he graduated with a degree in Criminology, Law & Society; Phi Beta Kappa. He then returned to his roots in San Francisco and received his Juris Doctorate from UC Hastings College of the Law.

Amir spent several years in practice, first working for a boutique firm and then went into private practice, devoting a majority of his time to corporate and estate planning law and mediation. He was also a Youth Counselor for a few years at a group home for dual-diagnosed adolescents. During his free time, Amir enjoys music and supporting the local sports teams, as frustrating as that may be.

Adam Zimmerman

Adam comes from a varied background in the legal, political, and recruiting fields. He has served as a key staff member on several political campaigns and was a lead national recruiter for the Democratic National Committees field operation during the 2004 Presidential campaign. Adam has spent a large amount of time studying the law and the business side of the legal community.

Adam is new to the Bay area and spent the past eight years in the Boston area. He is a graduate of Brandeis University with a dual BA in Political Science and Philosophy.
